Welcome to Dark Cabal [ EP35 ]. By accessing or using our website, game services, launcher, APIs, marketplace, or any related features (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

4. Virtual Items & Currency

Any in‑game currency, premium time, items, cosmetics, or benefits (“Virtual Items”) are licensed, not sold. They:

• Have no real‑world monetary value.
• May be modified, revoked, or rebalanced at any time.
• Are non‑transferable unless expressly permitted.

5. Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are final unless required by law. Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension. If a purchased benefit becomes unavailable, we may offer an equivalent replacement at our discretion.

6. Updates & Changes

We may deploy patches, resets, balance changes, wipes, or content updates without prior notice. Some updates may invalidate outdated game data or third‑party integrations.

7. User Content

If you submit forum posts, chat messages, media, or other content (“User Content”):

• You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to display and distribute it within the Services.
• We may remove content that is illegal, infringing, or violates community standards.

8. Data & Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may process account, gameplay, anti‑fraud, security, and analytical data to operate and improve the platform.

9. Third‑Party Services

We may integrate Discord, payment gateways, anti‑cheat tools, analytics, or other third parties. Their own terms & policies apply. We are not responsible for outages or changes on those platforms.

10. Enforcement

We may apply warnings, suspensions, rollbacks, item removals, currency adjustments, or bans. Enforcement decisions are final unless otherwise stated.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error‑free gameplay, or immunity from exploits.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, downtime, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal compliance, security risks, or operational necessity.
